You sit down on the chair in your own clothes. You feel tingling and your pelvic floor contracting, thousands of times, while you read or scroll.

Strength that builds
Your pelvic floor gets stronger with each session, the way a muscle does with training. Most clients come a few times over about three weeks.

Does it hurt?

No. You feel tingling and your pelvic floor contracting, thousands of times. Most clients describe it as unusual for the first minute, then easy.

Do I stay dressed?

Yes. You sit on the chair in your own clothes. Nothing is inserted and nobody touches you. Light clothing without metal works best.

How long is a session?

28 minutes. You can read, scroll or just sit. Then you walk out and carry on with your day.

How many sessions will I need?

Usually a short series, typically two sessions a week for about three weeks. A maintenance session later keeps the strength. We confirm your plan at the consultation.

When will I notice a change?

Some clients notice a difference after the first sessions. Strength typically builds over the series and the weeks after it. Results vary.

What about intimate comfort?

Emfemme 360, FemTouch and AcuPulse CO2 are discussed with care in a private room at your consultation, and only if you want to. The plan and the price are yours to take home.
