I want WO/MAN to be a place where clients can talk openly about getting older and the changes they are experiencing.

My work in the medical industry began in 2010. I studied nursing and earned a master's degree in engineering in Moscow before continuing my career in the United States. In 2016, I decided to focus on medical aesthetics.

My interest in the field grew after I tried Endospheres Therapy during a trip to Europe. I later became a U.S. distributor and a Master Trainer in New York. In 2019, I opened a beauty studio in Miami specializing in the treatment. By 2025, the business had grown to three aesthetic clinic locations across Miami and Coral Gables.

The story behind WO/MAN

My interest in aesthetic treatments began with a personal experience. After becoming a mother of two, I tried Endospheres Therapy while traveling in Europe. I wanted to learn more about the technology and find it closer to home in the United States.

That search led me to become a U.S. distributor and, later, a Master Trainer in New York. I had worked in the medical industry since 2010, and in 2016 I decided to make medical aesthetics my focus. My nursing studies and engineering education shaped my interest in both the body and the devices used to treat it.

In 2019, I opened my first beauty studio in Miami, specializing in Endospheres Therapy. We gradually added skin rejuvenation, body contouring, and laser treatments as the business developed. By 2025, we had three aesthetic clinic locations across Miami and Coral Gables.

The idea for WO/MAN grew out of conversations with clients. Many were dealing with changes associated with aging, including perimenopause and menopause. They described going to different providers for concerns about their skin, body, hormonal health, and intimate wellness. I wanted to create a setting where those conversations and different areas of care could be more connected.

In 2025, I met a business partner who shared that ambition. Together, we developed the concept for WO/MAN Luxe MedSpa: a place where women and men could explore aesthetic care and wellness services with qualified professionals. I wanted men to feel as welcome discussing their concerns as the women who had helped shape the idea.

My approach to technology is practical. Before investing in a device, I want to understand the evidence behind it, its limitations, and how it fits the needs of our clients. Choosing the team matters just as much. I look for professionals who take their work seriously, keep learning, and listen to the people they care for.

I want WO/MAN to be a place where clients can talk openly about getting older and the changes they are experiencing. Their questions and goals should guide those conversations.

I have also worked closely with plastic surgeons, caring for patients after cosmetic surgery. That experience has shaped how I approach skin and tissue care and the selection of aesthetic treatments.
