We look at your skin together in a private room, explain which treatment fits and why, and you leave with a plan and a price.

Warm radiofrequency, resurfacing or a laser facial, chosen for your skin. XERF sessions start at 30 minutes with no needles and no numbing. RF microneedling takes about an hour and is done without numbing cream.

Does it hurt?

XERF is done without needles and without numbing. Most clients describe it as a warm, relaxing feeling, a bit like a hot stone massage; the tip is cooled the whole time. SylfirmX RF microneedling is done without numbing cream and most clients describe it as warmth and pressure, well tolerated.

How many sessions will I need?

For XERF, usually two sessions four weeks apart, three for more advanced laxity. For RF microneedling, most plans are a series of three to four sessions about four weeks apart. We confirm your plan at the consultation.

When will I see results?

With XERF, a little tightening right away and the real change over 8 to 12 weeks as new collagen builds. With RF microneedling, tone, texture and scars improve over weeks four to twelve and build with each session. Results vary.

Is there any downtime?

None with XERF, you go straight back to your day. After RF microneedling, mild redness and sensitivity for a few hours, like a light flush; most clients wear makeup the next day.

Is it suitable for sensitive or darker skin?

Yes. Settings are personalized to your skin, and SylfirmX in particular is chosen by clients with sensitive, reactive skin. The consultation confirms the right system for you.

What does it cost?

Your consultation is free and comes with a personal price. New clients get $100 toward their first session.
